Job Summary

A Senior FF&E Interior Designer job is now available in Chelsea, London. This opportunity supports luxury residential projects valued between £1 million and £10 million.

The role suits an experienced designer with exceptional FF&E expertise and excellent multi-tasking abilities. You will oversee high-end projects from concept development through final delivery alongside senior leadership. The position requires excellent communication, strong project coordination and proven client relationship management skills.

You will lead presentations, develop refined design concepts and manage multiple complex projects simultaneously. The successful candidate will work closely with consultants, suppliers and specialist contractors while maintaining exceptional quality standards throughout every project stage.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop interior concepts, mood boards and presentations
  • Manage multiple residential interior projects from concept development through to completion
  • Lead client meetings while presenting design concepts, material selections and bespoke furniture proposals
  • Produce detailed construction drawings, schedules and specifications while maintaining
  • Coordinate effectively with architects, consultants, suppliers and specialist contractors
  • Mentor junior designers while supporting collaborative teamwork, creativity and consistent project delivery across the wider studio
  • Monitor project budgets, timelines and procurement activities while ensuring successful delivery against agreed financial expectations
  • Conduct regular site visits and inspections

Skills & Experience Required

  • Minimum six years of interior design experience delivering luxury residential projects in the UK
  • Strong FF&E background with excellent understanding of bespoke furniture, finishes, materials and luxury product sourcing requirements
  • Advanced technical drawing experience including schedules, specifications, construction packages and detailed interior architectural documentation production
  • Excellent multitasking and communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods
  • Proficiency using AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite. SketchUp beneficial ^Meticulous attention to detail across design development, technical coordination and final installation project delivery stages

Salary & Benefits

  • Salary: £50,000+ DOE
  • Hybrid setup: One day WFH (after probation)
  • Opportunity to work remotely abroad for one week annually
