Senior FF&E Designer Job in Camden Town, London

My client is an international luxury hospitality and residential design firm, currently seeking a Senior FF&E Designer to join their London studio. This role will see you work with the wider team to establish unique and eye-catching designs. You will be responsible for managing FF&E at all stages, including concept design, specification, scheduling, and documentation.

Established for over 30 years, and with an impressive portfolio of award-winning projects, my client is well-recognised and has a strong client base across the globe. The 160-strong teamwork from four different locations across the globe and pride themselves on delivering outstanding and highly bespoke projects that have timeless designs.

Role & Responsibilities

• Establish FF&E concepts with the support of the wider design and architectural teams
• Develop and create concept proposals, mood boards, and presentations; participating in delivering the presentations when required
• Create and maintain all the relevant FF&E documentation and ensure accuracy with company standards
• Assist junior members of the team
• Attend design review meetings
• Prepare FF&E installation plans
• Liaise with and maintain relationships with new and existing suppliers across the globe
• Oversee the installation of FF&E and attend site reviews whenever necessary.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years’ proven experience working on hospitality projects
• Able to work proactively and as part of a wider team, coaching and guiding Junior members of staff
• Strong knowledge and network of suppliers
• Experience sourcing bespoke furniture
• Ideally experienced with AutoCAD, Photoshop, and PowerPoint.

What you get back

• Salary range £45,000 – £55,000 per annum
• 21 days holiday + Bank Holidays (increasing by 1 day up to 25 days)
