Role & Responsibilities
- Provide day to day BIM and digital support to project teams using Revit, AutoCAD and cloud-based collaboration platforms.
- Lead digital coordination through clash avoidance workshops, model audits and issue resolution with consultants.
- Ensure compliance with BS EN ISO 19650 standards across projects, embedding consistent BIM protocols.
- Deliver training sessions, CPDs and workshops to improve team capability in digital modelling and workflows.
- Review project information to ensure alignment with client requirements and internal quality standards.
- Support teams in project setup, model performance optimisation and information management processes.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to improve digital delivery and coordination across projects.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of digital processes, tools and standards within the practice.
Skills & Experience Required
- Architectural background with a strong focus on BIM, digital design and project delivery processes.
- Minimum ten years experience in BIM or digital support roles within UK architectural practice environments.
- Advanced proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD and Autodesk Construction Cloud with strong technical capability.
- Proven experience applying BS EN ISO 19650 standards and embedding BIM protocols across live projects.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to deliver training, lead workshops and support project teams.
- Experience coordinating with consultants and managing digital workflows across multidisciplinary environments.
- Strong problem solving ability with attention to detail across complex project requirements.
- Ability to work collaboratively while influencing best practice and continuous improvement initiatives.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary ranging from £45,000 to £60,000 depending on experience and level of expertise.
