Role & Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice on construction, refurbishment, and compliance with building regulations
• Manage building surveying projects from inception through to completion across multiple sectors
• Undertake site inspections and assessments to identify defects and recommend solutions
• Prepare detailed technical reports and documentation to support client decision making
• Act as a key liaison between clients, contractors, and consultants to ensure effective coordination
• Deliver contract administration services ensuring projects meet programme and quality requirements
• Support project management activities maintaining focus on compliance and timely delivery
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent service delivery across disciplines

Skills & Experience Required

• Degree in building surveying with chartered status or working towards MRICS accreditation
• Proven experience delivering building surveying projects across residential and commercial sectors
• Strong expertise in defect diagnosis, inspections, and compliance with UK regulations
• Experience in project management and contract administration within consultancy environments
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit to support technical coordination and drawing review
• Excellent communication skills for managing client relationships and stakeholder engagement
• Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple projects effectively
• Commercial awareness with understanding of project delivery within the London market
