Role & Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed reports, schedules of condition, and maintenance plans for varied projects
• Manage projects from inception to completion including contract administration and budget control
• Conduct building surveys and inspections to identify defects and maintenance requirements
• Provide advice on building regulations, planning requirements, and statutory compliance
• Undertake dilapidations assessments and manage negotiations on behalf of clients
• Provide specialist advice on Party Wall matters and property related disputes
• Mentor junior team members and support their professional development
• Develop client relationships and contribute to business growth initiatives

Skills & Experience Required

• MRICS qualified with a minimum five years post qualification experience in a client facing role
• Extensive experience in dilapidations, Party Wall matters, and specialist consultancy services
• Strong track record managing multiple projects while maintaining quality delivery
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a growing consultancy team
• Strong knowledge of UK building regulations and statutory compliance requirements
• Excellent communication skills for client interaction and report preparation
• Experience mentoring junior team members and supporting team development
• Commercial awareness and ability to support business development activities
