Role & Responsibilities

• Lead design and delivery of Education, Mixed-use, Residential and BTR landscape schemes across the UK
• Act as Project Manager for multiple projects across all RIBA stages and delivery programmes
• Mentor and guide junior staff while supporting internal CPD and wider team development activities
• Support the Regional Director with resource planning, project coordination and operational management responsibilities
• Lead client relationships while preparing bids and supporting wider business development strategy initiatives
• Oversee compliance with CDM regulations, QA procedures and wider project delivery management requirements
• Attend site inspections, client meetings and consultant coordination meetings across multiple active project schemes

Skills & Experience Required

• CMLI qualified professional with significant experience within UK-based landscape architecture practice environments
• Strong design leadership, project management and client-facing communication skills across multidisciplinary project teams
• Proven track record delivering landscape projects successfully from concept design through to project completion
• Confident preparing fee proposals, negotiating appointments and managing project budgets across multiple commissions
• Strong technical knowledge supporting project delivery, design coordination and consultant management responsibilities effectively
• Skilled using AutoCAD, Adobe Suite and Microsoft Office within landscape architecture project delivery environments
• Experience mentoring junior team members while supporting collaborative and people-focused working environments successfully

Salary & Benefits

• Salary offered between £50,000 – £55,000 depending on previous experience and project leadership background
