Senior Associate Landscape Architect - Manchester

Due to ongoing expansion our client is now looking to recruit a Senior Associate Level Chartered Landscape Architect to be based in their office in Manchester.

It is essential that you are a fully-qualified Chartered Landscape Architect (Part IV – Member of the Landscape Institute) with previous UK-based experience as a Senior Landscape Architect.

Our client is an AutoCAD and Vectorworks based practice, and proficiency in at least one of these is definitely required.

You will have a solid background in design and project managing, planning, as well as strong commercial awareness. This position offers the successful candidate the opportunity to develop the practice through pro-active promotion with the aim to expand this studio and secure new business, whilst leading projects from inception. It is a pre-requisite that the successful candidate will have considerable experience of liaising with clients.

Candidates wishing to apply for this post must have experience in project running and maintaining design/technical quality.

Experience in education, healthcare and public-use projects will be required. Our client is currently working on a public realm masterplan as well as £17m – £26m value education projects. They have previously worked on a wide range of projects that have ranged from a £30 m Racecourse redevelopment through to a £200m Healthcare unit project.
