Role & Responsibilities

• Manage, lead, and support a team of 10 staff across active project workstreams
• Report directly to the board on project progress, team performance, and delivery matters
• Lead medium to large-scale healthcare, fitout, and residential projects across Dublin
• Engage directly with clients while maintaining strong and productive client relationships
• Oversee drawings produced by the team using Revit and BIM Level 2 processes
• Support your team across all project stages to ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery
• Contribute to strategic practice development and help shape future business growth

Skills & Experience Required

• RIAI or RIBA Registered Architect with over 10 years post-qualification experience
• Experience delivering medium to large-scale complex projects across all RIBA stages
• Project background across healthcare, residential, educational, or fitout sectors is required
• Strong leadership and project management skills across teams and complex project delivery
• Proficiency in Revit is preferred alongside confident AutoCAD capability where required
• Strong design, technical, commercial, and site experience across professional practice environments
• Confidence leading teams through every project stage while maintaining delivery standards
• Eligibility to work in Ireland with fantastic written and verbal English communication skills

Salary & Benefits

• Salary offered between €80,000 – €90,000 depending on experience and suitability
• Office hours are 9am to 5.30pm with an early Friday finish at 1.30pm
