Senior Architectural Technologist - Northamptonshire

Our client is now looking to recruit an exceptional Senior Architectural Technologist for their offices in Northamptonshire.

The successful candidate will be qualified in an HNC Building Studies, or equivalent, MCIAT registered with practical experience within UK private practice.

You must have demonstrable construction and detailing experience, sound knowledge of current UK building regulations and previous experience running projects from conception through to completion.

You must also have strong communication skills with an eye for detail. This position would suit someone who is passionate about life and can demonstrate this within their work. Strong social skills are essential for both office work and liaising with clients.

Due to our client’s current commissions, candidates should have broad project sector experience ideally to include education, healthcare, commercial and / or residential.

Project management and team leading skills would prove to be advantageous.

Full proficiency in AutoCAD is essential for this role.
