Job Summary

Senior Architectural Technologist Architecture job in Manchester, Manchester. This opportunity is suited to an experienced Architectural Technologist with strong Revit knowledge and previous exposure to residential, education or commercial projects.

You will join a collaborative RIBA Chartered Practice delivering projects across multiple sectors throughout the UK. The role offers involvement across all project stages on schemes ranging from £2m to £30m. Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver detailed technical packages using Revit across residential, education and commercial sector projects
  • Coordinate project information and technical drawings through all relevant design and construction stages
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to maintain design quality and technical compliance throughout projects
  • Support delivery of high profile developments ranging between £2m and £30m construction values
  • Attend project meetings and contribute technical expertise during coordination and delivery discussions
  • Ensure technical documentation aligns with current UK building regulations and industry standards requirements
  • Work effectively within a collaborative office environment supporting successful project completion across multiple sectors
  • Contribute positively to a balanced and professional workplace culture focused on quality project outcomes

Skills & Experience Required

  • Strong previous experience working as an Architectural Technologist within a UK architectural practice environment
  • Advanced Revit proficiency with proven experience producing detailed technical drawing packages independently
  • Previous project experience within residential, education or commercial sectors across multiple project stages
  • Comprehensive understanding of UK building regulations and technical compliance requirements for construction projects
  • Excellent communication skills supporting effective coordination with consultants, contractors and internal project teams
  • Self motivated and enthusiastic approach with strong organisational and technical problem solving abilities
  • Ability to manage workload effectively while maintaining high standards of technical accuracy and delivery
  • Experience working on projects ranging from small developments through to larger complex construction schemes

Salary & Benefits

  • Salary range of £45,000 – £50,000 depending on previous experience and technical capability
