Job Summary
Senior Architectural Technologist Job Lambeth is available within the Architecture sector supporting the Stage 4 delivery of a multi unit residential development. This six month contract position focuses on technical design production, facade coordination and producing detailed Revit information for construction.
The role involves leading technical drawing packages and supporting project delivery during a critical construction documentation stage. You will coordinate facade details, resolve technical queries and ensure design information remains accurate and buildable.

Due to a residential scheme progressing through Stage 4 technical design, the studio is seeking additional technical support within the Architecture sector to strengthen the project delivery team.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead Stage 4 technical package delivery for a multi unit residential development
- Produce detailed Revit models and construction drawings for technical documentation
- Develop and coordinate facade packages ensuring buildability and compliance
- Collaborate with consultants contractors and specialist subcontractors
- Resolve construction queries and provide technical solutions during delivery
- Maintain drawing accuracy and technical standards across the project
- Support project programme requirements and delivery milestones
Skills & Experience Required
- Senior level experience as an Architectural Technologist or Technical Architect
- Advanced proficiency in Revit and technical drawing production
- Proven facade coordination experience on residential developments
- Strong understanding of UK Building Regulations and construction detailing
- Experience delivering projects at Stage 4 and technical design stages
- Ability to work independently within an established project team
- Strong coordination and communication skills with external consultants
