Role & Responsibilities

• Produce detailed architectural drawings specifications and schedules using Revit
• Coordinate layouts and develop full tender and construction documentation for medium to large scale projects
• Collaborate with architects engineers and consultants within multidisciplinary project teams
• Support technical coordination throughout the design and construction stages
• Contribute to cost management ensuring technical decisions align with project budgets
• Attend site visits and provide technical guidance during construction
• Ensure documentation complies with company quality assurance procedures and industry standards
• Assist with tender documentation and technical design coordination
• Identify opportunities to improve technical efficiency and design performance
• Support delivery of complex projects across multiple sectors

Skills & Experience Required

• Minimum five years experience in architectural technology delivering large scale projects
• High level proficiency in Revit with strong BIM workflow knowledge
• Experience using AutoCAD SketchUp and Adobe software packages
• Experience producing detailed technical drawings and full construction documentation
• Working knowledge of NBS Chorus specification writing
• Strong understanding of BIM processes Irish Building Regulations and planning requirements
• Experience working within multidisciplinary design teams
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple technical deliverables
• Excellent attention to detail with strong technical problem solving capability
• Full eligibility to work in Ireland with a full driving licence

Salary & Benefits

• £55,000 – £65,000 depending on experience
