Role & Responsibilities

• Produce detailed architectural drawings, specifications, and schedules using Revit across all project stages
• Coordinate technical layouts and develop comprehensive tender and construction documentation for complex schemes
• Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver coordinated and high-quality project outputs
• Support cost management by aligning technical decisions with budget constraints and project objectives
• Attend site visits to provide technical support and resolve construction-related queries effectively
• Ensure all deliverables comply with internal QA procedures and current industry regulations
• Identify opportunities to improve design efficiency, technical performance, and project profitability
• Contribute to continuous improvement of technical standards and documentation processes within the team

Skills & Experience Required

• Minimum five years experience in architectural technology focused on large-scale project delivery
• Advanced proficiency in Revit with consistent use on live projects and technical documentation
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Suite within a professional environment
• Experience using NBS Chorus for structured and accurate specification writing
• Strong understanding of BIM processes, Irish Building Regulations, and planning requirements
• Proven ability to produce detailed design packages and full construction documentation
• Experience working within multidisciplinary teams on complex and coordinated projects
• Full eligibility to work in Ireland with a valid driving licence for site attendance

Salary & Benefits

• Salary between £55,000 and £65,000 depending on experience and technical capability
