Role & Responsibilities

• Produce detailed architectural drawings specifications and schedules using Revit
• Develop full technical and construction documentation for medium and large scale projects
• Coordinate architectural layouts and ensure design intent is maintained throughout delivery
• Work collaboratively with architects engineers and consultants within multidisciplinary teams
• Contribute to technical decision making while ensuring alignment with project budgets
• Attend site visits and provide technical guidance during construction stages
• Review project documentation to ensure compliance with quality assurance procedures
• Support coordination of tender information and technical submissions
• Assist with problem solving during project delivery to maintain programme targets
• Identify opportunities to improve design efficiency and technical performance

Skills & Experience Required

• Minimum five years experience in architectural technology delivering complex projects
• Advanced proficiency in Revit with strong BIM workflow experience
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD SketchUp and Adobe software packages
• Experience producing detailed construction documentation and technical design packages
• Familiarity with NBS Chorus specification writing
• Strong understanding of BIM processes Irish Building Regulations and planning requirements
• Experience working within multidisciplinary design and construction teams
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deliverables
• Excellent attention to detail and technical problem solving capability
• Full eligibility to work in Ireland with a full driving licence

Salary & Benefits

• £55,000 – £65,000 depending on experience
