Role & Responsibilities

• Lead technical delivery across multiple projects ensuring coordinated design information aligns with programme, quality and compliance requirements
• Develop detailed construction packages including specifications, technical drawings and coordinated Revit models for project execution
• Collaborate with architects, consultants and contractors to resolve design challenges and ensure buildability across all project stages
• Manage client communication, attending meetings and presenting technical solutions clearly to support project progress and decision making
• Oversee project timelines, budgets and resources to maintain delivery efficiency and minimise technical risk across schemes
• Support and mentor junior team members, providing guidance on technical detailing, software use and project coordination processes
• Ensure compliance with UK building regulations, planning requirements and industry standards across all technical outputs

Skills & Experience Required

• Minimum five years UK experience within architectural practice delivering projects through technical stages and construction phases
• Strong experience across education, residential or later living sectors with understanding of sector-specific technical requirements
• Proven ability working from RIBA Stage 2 onwards delivering coordinated and technically robust design solutions
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD with experience producing detailed drawing packages and BIM coordination workflows
• Confident communicator with experience leading client meetings, consultant coordination and stakeholder engagement activities
• Demonstrable experience managing projects, leading teams and ensuring delivery aligns with programme and quality expectations
• CIAT qualification at MCIAT level or actively working towards chartership within a structured professional environment

Salary & Benefits

• Salary range of £40,000 to £45,000 depending on experience and technical capability
