Role & Responsibilities

• Deliver technical packages across RIBA Stages 2 to 4 using Revit on live projects
• Coordinate detailed drawing information following project delivery standards and workflows
• Prepare technical documentation, specifications and drawing packages
• Support junior members of the team as required
• Collaborate closely with architects, associates and directors
• Attend project meetings and contribute professionally during client presentations and technical coordination discussions
• Assist with managing project workloads during busy technical delivery periods across multiple concurrent project packages
• Bring practical project experience and sound technical judgement to responsibilities requiring minimal day-to-day supervision

Skills & Experience Required

• Minimum of five years of commercial project experience with a UK practice
• Demonstrable working knowledge of Revit
• CIAT registration
• Proven ability to run projects independently and manage associated responsibilities
• Previous experience working on industrial architectural projects would be advantageous, other commercial project backgrounds considered
• A self-sufficient approach to technical work, supported by relevant experience and confidence in project-running responsibilities
