Role & Responsibilities

• Deliver technical packages across RIBA Stages 2 to 4 using Revit on healthcare projects
• Prepare technical documentation, specifications and drawing packages throughout the required architectural project delivery stages
• Support healthcare projects through accurate technical detailing and organised document management processes during project delivery
• Collaborate closely with architects, associates and directors while supporting coordinated technical information across live projects
• Support junior technologists and team members, offering advice and mentoring where required
• Attend project meetings and contribute professionally during client presentations and technical coordination discussions throughout delivery
• Assist with managing project workloads during busy technical delivery periods across multiple concurrent architectural project packages

Skills & Experience Required

• Minimum of four years professional experience delivering technical packages within a UK architectural practice
• Excellent Revit skills, with proven ability to manage BIM workflows
• CIAT registered
• Previous experience working on healthcare or commercial projects in the UK
• Knowledge of UK building regulations
• A driving licence and access to a car are required because of the office location

Salary & Benefits

• £40,000 – £50,000
