Role & Responsibilities

• Lead the technical delivery of large and complex projects from design development through construction information and on site coordination.
• Manage multiple live projects at once, balancing programme, quality, consultant input, and internal resource requirements effectively.
• Prepare and review detailed drawing packages, specifications, and technical information that support accurate tendering and construction.
• Coordinate external consultants and specialist contributors to ensure compliance, buildability, and smooth project progression across all stages.
• Supervise junior team members and outsourced delivery support, delegating work clearly and maintaining consistent technical standards.
• Respond to complex project queries from clients, contractors, and internal teams with clear advice and commercially aware judgement.
• Monitor project fees, invoicing, and delivery performance to help keep schemes on time and within agreed budgets.

Skills & Experience Required

• Strong Revit knowledge with the ability to produce, manage, and integrate detailed technical design information confidently.
• Proven experience running £20m plus projects and coordinating technical delivery across complex project teams and stakeholders.
• Excellent understanding of specifications, materials selection, detailing, and compliance with statutory and professional requirements.
• Ability to manage others effectively while also working independently and maintaining control of your own workload.
• Practical knowledge of refurbishment, reuse, repair, and deconstruction principles within contemporary technical design and delivery.
• Confident communication skills with the ability to build client relationships and coordinate consultants throughout demanding programmes.
• Experience with NBS Chorus, Dynamo scripting, or remote delivery partners would add further value in this role.
