Role & Responsibilities

• Lead the technical delivery of large-scale construction projects valued in excess of £20m
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously from detailed design stages through successful completion
• Produce and coordinate technical information specifications and comprehensive construction documentation packages
• Lead and mentor junior team members while coordinating outsourced delivery partners
• Manage consultants contractors and multidisciplinary design teams throughout project lifecycles effectively
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulatory and professional requirements across all projects
• Develop technical solutions specifications and detailed design packages supporting project delivery
• Maintain strong client relationships while acting as a key contact throughout projects

Skills & Experience Required

• Extensive experience as an Architectural Technologist or Senior Architectural Technologist role
• Strong job-running experience delivering complex construction projects across multiple sectors successfully
• Advanced Revit proficiency with strong technical coordination and documentation capabilities
• Experience producing and managing technical specifications and detailed design information effectively
• Strong understanding of UK Building Regulations and relevant construction legislation requirements
• Proven ability managing multidisciplinary project teams consultants and stakeholder relationships professionally
• Experience managing project budgets programmes resources and delivery expectations successfully
• Knowledge of Modern Methods of Construction sustainable design and technical innovation
