Role & Responsibilities

• Take technical lead responsibility across projects, managing delivery while coordinating with design and consultant teams
• Oversee detailed technical design, specifications, and construction information ensuring compliance and buildability
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery across all project phases
• Build and maintain strong client relationships while coordinating with consultants and contractors effectively
• Lead project meetings and contribute to stakeholder communication ensuring clarity and alignment throughout delivery
• Mentor junior team members, supporting their development and maintaining high technical standards across the team
• Ensure compliance with UK building regulations, planning conditions, and sustainability requirements across projects

Skills & Experience Required

• Minimum five years UK experience post qualification with strong technical delivery and project coordination background
• Experience across residential, education, leisure, or later living sectors with an understanding of sector-specific requirements
• Proven capability delivering projects from RIBA Stage 2 onwards with strong technical detailing expertise
• Confident communicator with experience leading client meetings, presentations, and stakeholder engagement
• Working towards or holding CIAT membership demonstrating commitment to professional standards and development
• Experience managing projects and coordinating multidisciplinary teams within structured delivery environments
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD with strong understanding of BIM workflows and technical documentation standards
