Senior Architectural Technician

Our client is a well established and award winning architectural practice based in the Bristol area who work primarily on large scale residential and commercial/mixed-use projects.

With ongoing growth and expansion our client is now looking to recruit a talented and motivated Senior Architectural Technician on a full time basis.

Candidates wishing to apply for this position must be able to demonstrate:
– Previous experience of larger residential developments.
– Knowledge of planning process and regulations
– Well versed in the use of AutoCAD and Revit
– Ability to work independently and within a team

The practice will offer the successful candidate a salary from £30,000 to £38,000 depending on experience, a fun and professional place to work and the opportunity to grow with a successful and expanding company.
