Senior Architectural Technician / Technologist - Surrey

A unique and challenging opportunity is now available for a Senior Architectural Technologist / Technician to join an expanding, Surrey based multidisciplinary practice.

Having specialised in nightclubs, bars and leisure for over 25 years, the practice has recently expanded in to the residential sector, where they have become immediately successful.

Candidates wishing to apply for the role must be able to demonstrate:

• TCIAT, CIAT or MCIAT status
• A minimum of 15 years experience gained working on UK residential projects
• The ability to produce high quality technical working drawing packages from concept design
• Exceptional level of complex construction detailing
• A proven track record running projects from inception to completion
• A high level of proficiency in AutoCAD
• A strong ability to communicate and liaise effectively
• Thorough working knowledge of UK Building Regulations, Standards and Planning

This is a key appointment to the firm, whereby the successful candidate will immediately be given a great deal of responsibility, and may quickly find themselves with an opportunity to open, run and manage a franchised practice.
