Senior Architectural Technician/Technologist - Putney

A client focused practice based in Putney, now has an opportunity for a Chartered Architectural Technologist / Technician, with senior technical experience to join their fast growing team.

The practice specialize in the residential sector with projects ranging from domestic scale loft conversions and house extensions, through to medium sized developer lead schemes of 100 units plus, including both new build, refurbishment and change of use. Typically the projects range from £0.5 – £2 million.

Candidates looking to apply for this position must be able to demonstrate:

• A minimum of 5 years experience
• A strong background working on projects within the residential sector
• Excellent knowledge of current UK building regulations and planning standards
• A good level of experience in both technical and construction stages
• Fluent in AutoCAD
• The ability to work under minimal supervision.
