Senior Architectural Technician/Technologist - Hertfordshire

Our client is a high end residential developer based in Hertfordshire specialising in high value single occupancy new build properties around The Homes Counties. Projects vary from traditional to the highly contemporary and have typical sale prices of £5 – £12 million per property. A fantastic new opportunity now exists for a talented and highly motivated Senior Architectural Technician/Technologist to join this expanding business on a permanent and full time basis. Working as part of a team of Technicians, Assistants, Architects and Interior Designers the successfully candidate will play and active role in design and building beautiful new homes. As a Senior Technician/Technologist, you will be fully involved on projects through all stages, through to onsite completion and involving full client contact. You will also work preparing building regulations and planning applications.

Also required:

• 5 years experience within the residential sector in the UK
• Excellent technical and construction knowledge.
• Experience or an ability to be fully client facing.
• A desire to make a long term career move.
• Motivation and enthusiasm for their work.
• Experience working through all stages of a project.
• A relaxed, friendly and professional approach to their work and an ability to work as part of a team.
