Senior Architectural Technician - Somerset

Our client is a small architectural consultancy based in the South West. Having secured a substantial pipeline of work for 2014 our client is now looking to recruit a Senior Architectural Technician to join their team based in Bath.

The successful applicant will be working as part of a small team focusing on producing buildings regulation drawings for residential projects, ranging from multimillion pound private homes to large scale developer lead projects of up to 300 units.

Candidates wishing to apply for this position must have excellent technical knowledge and a proven background in producing high quality technical drawings. AutoCAD literacy is essential.

The successful candidate will be joining a small and friendly team with a relaxed and informal working environment.

Initially starting on a contract basis there is every likelihood that for the right candidate the role will be made permanent.
