Role & Responsibilities

• Prepare feasibility layouts and early-stage design proposals to support initial project planning strategies
• Produce full, outline, and reserved matters planning application packages for residential developments
• Create accurate drawings, visualisations, and graphic outputs to support planning submissions
• Collaborate with project leaders to ensure design intent aligns with planning requirements and client objectives
• Support masterplanning exercises by contributing to layout design and placemaking strategies
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve design and planning queries efficiently
• Manage multiple project tasks while maintaining quality, accuracy, and adherence to deadlines

Skills & Experience Required

• Minimum 5 years experience working within architecture on residential or mixed-use developments
• Architectural design-based degree supporting strong understanding of design and planning principles
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit for producing planning drawings and coordinated outputs
• Experience using Adobe Creative Cloud and SketchUp for visualisations and presentation material
• Strong interest in residential design, placemaking, and sustainable development principles
• Excellent communication skills to support collaboration with design teams and external consultants
• High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks across project stages
