Our client is a successful medium sized architectural private practice based on the outskirts of south east London. The office now has 25 members of staff, and these are a range of Architects, Architectural Technicians, Architectural Assistants, and admin staff.

The practice specialises in historic buildings, conservation, churches, museums and schools. The company also does some major work for the national trust and local authorities. The values of the projects range from very small, with values of about £500 for some small repair work, up to £9million for massive projects.

The company doesn’t deal with small domestic projects but does take on some exciting very high end residential work. The company can sometimes be working on literally 100’s of projects at any one time and staff are encouraged to work on various different projects.

Our client is now looking to recruit an ambitious and committed Senior Architectural Technician to join their team based in Sydenham, South East London.

You will need to have good knowledge on UK building regulations and construction, this role will be very hands on and you will have the opportunity to work on a range of interesting projects. Projects are generally split into small teams and you will ideally have some job running experience.

Our client has recently begun working with the National Trust on some really fascinating projects, as well as working on some English Heritage projects.

Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential.

Our client can offer an attractive salary for the right candidate. The role also has fantastic potential for career progression within the company. The company is involved in charity events and CPD events on a regular basis.
