Senior Architectural Technician - Essex

Due to a rapidly expanding portfolio of residential projects our client is now looking to recruit a Senior Architectural Technician.

Applicants for this role must have at least 10 years experience working on housing projects in the UK, be experienced in producing high quality construction drawings and liaising directly with clients and contractors.

Previous experience using AutoCAD and SketchUp is essential and working knowledge of Revit is desirable.

The role requires a responsible and proactive professional with the ability to work alone and as part of a team both in the office and on site.
