Senior Architectural Technician (Contract) - Barking, Essex

Established for over 10 years our Client is a company who specialise in office fit out & refurbishment, their range of services include all aspects of the built environment, from design to delivery and they pride themselves on the service they provide to their clients.

The company consists of around 5 permanent office based staff and 2 site based construction managers.

Our client is currently recruiting for a Senior Architectural Technician on a contract basis to join the expanding team based in Barking, Essex.

The successful candidate must have a senior level of previous experience working within a similar role for either a private practice or developer and will ideally be qualified to an HNC level in Construction or have a degree in Architectural Technology.

Experience in Microstation is essential for this role.

Daily roles and responsibilities will include: detailing, elevations and working drawings; some basic 3d modelling work; site visits and surveys; client liaison; costing; enhancement and development of the technical drawing team.

For this role our client is offering an attractive hourly rate.
