Role & Responsibilities

• Produce detailed technical construction information to a high standard across multiple project stages
• Lead the technical delivery of projects ensuring coordination, quality, and programme alignment throughout
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining consistent technical accuracy and compliance standards
• Use Revit daily to develop coordinated models and construction drawing packages for delivery
• Support and mentor junior team members to improve technical knowledge and project contribution
• Attend site visits to review construction progress and ensure implementation of technical design intent
• Coordinate with consultants and contractors to resolve technical issues and maintain project progress

Skills & Experience Required

• Minimum five years post qualification experience within an architectural practice or similar environment
• Strong knowledge of UK building regulations and construction detailing across multiple project types
• Proven ability to lead technical delivery on projects and manage workloads effectively
• Experience using Revit software for modelling and production of coordinated construction information
• Ability to produce accurate 3D models to support design coordination and project delivery
• Keen to contribute to a supportive team environment and promote collaboration across disciplines
• Strong communication skills to engage with project teams, consultants, and clients effectively
• Located within commuting distance of Chichester or willing to relocate within a reasonable travel time
