Senior Architectural Technician - Bolton

In this role you would be responsible for taking projects from inception to completion, liaising with all parties from the partner and associates to the clients and the members of the design team. Preparing scheme proposals and submitting planning applications. To create drawings and specifications suitable for building regulation applications. Producing detailed construction information, visiting sites and dealing with site and job related queries. To produce snagging schedules and run snagging checks. Also to manage and delegate to other staff the production of drawings and specifications.

Required skills & experience:

• Minimum of 5 years experience in an Architectural Technician/Technologist role
• Highly proficient in AutoCAD, experience in Revit is beneficial
  Knowledge of the current building regulations
• UK driving licence with use of own vehicle
• Able to demonstrate examples of taking projects from inception to completion and managing the teams to deliver these projects whilst meeting set deadlines
• Excellent design skills, attention to detail and ability to communicate at all levels
