Role & Responsibilities

• Produce detailed working drawing packages for residential developments in line with current UK building regulations
• Interpret client briefs and translate design intent into accurate technical documentation for construction purposes
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure technical consistency across multiple concurrent project stages
• Assist in delegating workload to technicians while maintaining quality control and delivery standards
• Review drawings and documents to ensure compliance with legislation and internal quality benchmarks
• Liaise with external consultants, contractors, and clients to resolve technical queries efficiently
• Monitor project timelines and ensure deadlines are met without compromising drawing accuracy

Skills & Experience Required

• Minimum 5 years UK experience working on residential or mixed-use projects for developer clients or housebuilders
• Strong technical knowledge of UK building regulations and construction detailing standards
• Proficient in AutoCAD for producing accurate and coordinated technical drawing packages
• Working knowledge of Revit preferred, with willingness to undertake training if required
• Understanding of M4 Category 2 and Category 3 requirements within the Nationally Described Space Standards
• Competent in Microsoft Office for documentation, communication, and reporting tasks
• Full UK driving licence to support site visits and project coordination responsibilities
• Demonstrated commitment to professional development through CPD and technical learning
