Senior Architectural Technicain - Norfolk

Project sectors range from commercial, offices, industrial, supermarkets and retail with contract values from £3m – £50m predominantly across the East Anglian region.

Our client is now looking to recruit a number of talented Architectural Technicians to join their team in Norfolk.

The successful candidates will be qualified in an HNC Construction, or equivalent, with practical experience within an architectural/technical practice.

You must have sound knowledge of current UK building regulations with the ability to produce working drawing packages on CAD.

A commercial awareness along with experience in commercial or industrial projects is required.

Our client generally takes projects from feasibility stages so you must also have planning experience with exceptional detailing ability. As this client is an in-house design practice for one client, you must also have experience working directly with contractors.

Proficiency on AutoCAD is essential.
