Senior Architectural Technicain - Hertfordshire

Our client is now looking to recruit a Senior Architectural Technician to join their team in Hertfordshire.

Candidate’s looking to apply will need to have a thorough knowledge of technical design within the residential sector. You will ideally be qualified in an HNC/HND building studies, or equivalent, with UK private practice experience.

You must have strong knowledge of current UK building regulations and British standards. Sound knowledge of NHBC specifications would be beneficial.

You must be a self – motivated and a project leader, who can work with the minimum of supervision. You should have a real desire to learn and be a “team player “.

Experience on large scale residential projects is essential along with AutoCAD literacy.

Our client is offering a salary of up to £40,000 dependent on experience and capabilities. Our client can also offer exciting opportunities to progress in your career. This client is also prepared to discuss benefits packages such as company cars.
