Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and support delivery of laboratory focused Architecture projects across multiple RIBA stages
- Prepare planning drawings, tender information and technical packages for construction delivery
- Coordinate architectural information with consultants, contractors and specialist laboratory designers
- Contribute technical expertise across residential, commercial and education Architecture schemes
- Ensure project documentation aligns with UK building regulations and technical standards
- Attend client and consultant meetings while maintaining clear communication across project teams
- Support the development and day to day growth of the Farringdon Architecture office.
Skills & Experience Required
- ARB registered Architect with several years of professional experience within the UK Architecture sector
- Strong technical design capability with experience delivering projects through later RIBA stages
- Experience with laboratory, science or technically demanding building types would be advantageous
- Broader sector experience across residential, commercial or education Architecture projects
- Confidence coordinating consultants and managing drawing packages through delivery stages
- Proficiency with standard industry design software such as Revit or AutoCAD
- Clear communication skills and confidence working within collaborative project teams
