Senior Architect Job in Ringwood, Hampshire

We are currently working with an Architectural practice, that has a Senior Architect job available, working on a mixture of education, hospitality and public projects. This role would suit a Senior Architect, keen to take a lead in the running of projects and supporting junior team members.

Based in a modern open plan office, the practice works on several project types, their main focus is predominately educational projects ranging from £5 million to £50 million in value. The practice is currently seeking a Senior Architect to join the team.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Working across all RIBA stages from concept to completion
  • Managing projects
  • Working directly with clients
  • Assisting with the management of the office and team
  • Projects would focus on a mix of leisure, commercial and educational projects.

Required Skills & Experience

  • ARB Qualified with 5 years post qualification experience
    • Confident in the running of Projects across all stages
    • Minimum of 4 years UK experience
    • Education, commercial or Leisure experience would be beneficial
    • Knowledge of Vectorworks would be beneficial
    • Confident in the use of Photoshop, InDesign and SketchUp
    • Strong hand-drawing skills
    • Due to location you would require your own transport.
