Senior Architect - Northampton

My client is a well-established and growing practice with over five decades of experience in both private and public sectors. Their projects, ranging in size from £50,000 – £50million and include commercial, hotels, education and logistics buildings.
The team, totalling 31 staff and led by three partners, include a mix of architects, technicians, designers and assistants. Their medium size allows for a personalised service, ensuring projects are delivered to completion.
The practice, having a large portfolio of secured work see them now requiring a Senior project running architect to join the team.

Role & Responsibilities

The ideal candidate would have proven experience running projects from inception to completion across projects which are across all sizes, complexity and at all stages of development.
You will have a high degree of autonomy but also work within teams when required and will be expected to deal directly with clients, other consultants and contractors, so good interpersonal skills are essential.

Required Skills & Experience
– Minimum 5 years UK experience on relevant projects
– Ability to run projects from inception to completion effectively
– Revit experience is highly advantageous
– Good technical knowledge
– AutoCAD and SketchUp proficiency

Salary & Package

The practice is offering a competitive salary of £35,000 – £45,000 depending on experience, alongside statutory pension, paid professional memberships and a healthy work-life balance.
