Senior Architect - London

Our client is a fast growing property and design consultancy offering the full range of services to create perfect homes. Their in-house skills include: Architecture, Planning, Project Management, Systems Integration and Interior Design. The company is based in South West London and only works on high-end residential projects within SW3, SW10, SW7 and SW1. Their friendly team works in a great space in the heart of Chelsea and the company has a strong 3-5 year existing pipeline of projects with loyal clients.

Our client is now looking to add to our existing team by recruiting a fully qualified Senior Architect to work as part of the existing architectural team. The role will encompass taking full leadership of your multi-million pound projects and working alongside the in-house project team of interior designers and project managers, as well as builders, party wall surveyors, planning consultants, engineers and other external professionals.

This is a role for highly experienced fully-qualified Part III Architects with at least 5+ years experience (post qualifying) in high end residential work. The right candidate will have proven experience of dealing with clients at a high level, managing their own projects, good on-site experience and working on high-end residential projects ideally in central London where an exceptional design and perfect finish is required.

Our client requires someone who is very organized, willing to role their sleeves up, has excellent attention to detail and great communication skills. Our client looks to employ individuals with a ‘can do attitude’ with a desire to excel in what they do. Fluent English is required as well as excellent AutoCAD skills.
