Senior Architect Job Holborn presents an opportunity to join a progressive architecture practice delivering complex projects across multiple sectors. Based in Holborn, London, this architecture role offers involvement in residential, commercial, mixed-use and data centre schemes across the UK and internationally. Role & Responsibilities
- Lead architectural projects across all RIBA stages, ensuring design quality, programme delivery and client expectations are consistently achieved.
- Produce detailed planning, tender and construction drawing packages using Revit across complex project types.
- Coordinate effectively with consultants, contractors and clients to maintain clear communication and project alignment.
- Apply strong technical knowledge of UK building regulations, construction detailing and specification standards across all design stages.
- Contribute to internal design reviews and technical discussions, supporting continuous improvement within the studio environment.
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets and deliverables to ensure successful and efficient project outcomes.
- Support and mentor junior team members, encouraging development and maintaining a collaborative studio culture.
- Attend meetings with clients and stakeholders, presenting design proposals and resolving technical challenges where required.
Skills & Experience Required
- ARB registered architect with RIBA membership and minimum seven years post Part III experience in UK practice.
- Advanced proficiency in Revit with the ability to produce and manage complex project models and documentation.
- Experience using Adobe Creative Cloud including Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign for presentation and design work.
- Strong understanding of UK building regulations, construction detailing and technical documentation standards.
- Experience using NBS Chorus or similar specification tools would be advantageous for project delivery.
- Proven ability to manage projects or work packages independently while maintaining quality and programme targets.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
- Interest or experience in data centre or technically complex project sectors would be beneficial.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary ranging from £70,000 to £80,000 depending on experience, responsibility level and technical capability.
