Senior Architect (High-End, Bespoke Residential) - Surrey

Our client, based near Guildford, is a privately owned Architectural Practice who work on amazing contemporary, high end residential projects. They are currently a small team, but have immediate plans for growth within the business and this is starting with the appointment of a Senior Architect. The practice will soon be developing BIM strategy, and will be interested to hear from candidates with previous BIM experience that can help implement it.

Candidates wishing to apply for the role must be able to demonstrate:

• A minimum of 3 years residential experience post Part III
• Strong all round design and technical skills
• The ability to work through all stages of a project
• Proven experience in successfully delivering complex buildings
• Capable of working on your own initiative, with little guidance
• A proven track record in problem solving

This role is a key appointment for the practice as this candidate will be alleviating a large proportion of work that is currently falling on the shoulders of the Principal Architect.
