Role & Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of medium to large scale projects across multiple sectors and development types
• Manage project teams while providing technical guidance and design leadership throughout all stages
• Oversee project delivery using Revit with adherence to established BIM Level 2 workflows
• Maintain strong client relationships and act as a primary contact during project delivery
• Coordinate consultants and multidisciplinary teams to achieve successful project outcomes consistently
• Support junior team members through mentoring professional guidance and knowledge sharing initiatives
• Contribute to business development activities and assist with project bidding opportunities
• Monitor programme objectives quality standards and technical compliance across active projects

Skills & Experience Required

• RIAI or RIBA Registered Architect with more than eight years post qualification experience
• Proven track record leading and delivering complex architectural projects within Ireland or the UK
• Strong technical knowledge combined with excellent design capabilities and site experience
• Advanced Revit proficiency with practical experience delivering projects through BIM processes
• Excellent organisational communication and team leadership abilities across multiple project teams
• Commercial awareness with strong client facing experience and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage competing deadlines while maintaining accuracy quality and project objectives
• Eligible to work in Ireland with a full driving licence and willingness to travel
