Role & Responsibilities

• Lead architectural projects from concept through to completion
• Manage planning and technical stages across multiple developments
• Act as a key contact for clients consultants and contractors

• Prepare and review detailed technical drawings and project specifications
• Ensure projects meet programme budget and regulatory requirements
• Coordinate planning applications Building Regulations submissions and tender documentation

• ARB registered Architect with strong post qualification experience
• Proven track record delivering UK architectural projects
• Strong technical knowledge and detailing capability
• Experience leading projects and managing client relationships
• Proficiency using Revit and AutoCAD
• Good understanding of UK Building Regulations and planning processes
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently while contributing to collaborative teams
