Role & Responsibilities

• Lead projects across all RIBA stages ensuring delivery from concept design through to completion
• Prepare design and planning packages to support project approvals and construction phases
• Manage and coordinate multidisciplinary teams to achieve project objectives within programme constraints
• Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and stakeholders throughout project delivery
• Oversee and manage a small design team ensuring quality and performance standards are met
• Report project progress and performance to studio leadership and regional management teams
• Ensure compliance with UK planning regulations and listed building requirements
• Support delivery of high quality architectural solutions within historic environments

Skills & Experience Required

• RIBA Part III qualified architect with a minimum of ten years post qualification experience
• Strong design and technical drawing skills across multiple architectural project types
• Proven experience working on heritage or conservation projects within the UK market
• Strong understanding of UK building regulations and listed building consent processes
• Experience delivering projects across all RIBA stages with focus on technical stages four to seven
• Proven job running experience with responsibility for programme and delivery outcomes
• Proficiency in AutoCAD with Revit experience highly desirable for project delivery
• Eligibility to work in the UK and ability to operate within a professional practice environment

Salary & Benefits

• Salary between £40,000 and £49,000 depending on experience and capability level
