Role & Responsibilities

• Lead technical design packages ensuring clear deliverables across multiple project stages
• Oversee project coordination to achieve high quality design outcomes and financial performance
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective design integration and delivery
• Conduct technical reviews and audits to maintain design quality and compliance standards
• Manage and mentor team members supporting professional development and performance
• Contribute to technical leadership initiatives within the practice and wider project teams
• Engage with clients and stakeholders to support project objectives and maintain relationships
• Ensure compliance with UK building regulations and planning requirements across all stages

Skills & Experience Required

• Minimum fifteen years post qualification experience within a UK architectural practice
• RIBA or ARB registered architect or CIAT accredited technologist with relevant experience
• Strong technical expertise across detailing, regulations, and delivery stages three to seven
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and NBS with experience managing team usage of software
• Proven leadership experience managing teams and delivering complex architectural projects
• Strong understanding of heritage and conservation project requirements and constraints
• Excellent communication skills for client engagement and multidisciplinary coordination
• Ability to manage project finances and deliver work within programme and budget constraints

Salary & Benefits

• Salary between £45,000 and £55,000 depending on experience and capability level
• Hybrid working model with two days remote working each week
