Role & Responsibilities

• Lead technical delivery packages across RIBA Stages 4 and 5 for a key live architecture project.
• Coordinate production information, drawing packages and specifications to support accurate construction and procurement outcomes.
• Work closely with consultants and internal teams to maintain design intent through detailed technical development.
• Support site activities, inspections and issue resolution during delivery of works on existing buildings.
• Prepare clear presentation material that communicates design decisions, technical intent and project progress effectively.
• Manage work packages to programme, ensuring information is issued accurately and reviewed against project requirements.
• Contribute to team leadership by guiding junior staff and maintaining strong day-to-day project organisation.
• Assist project leads with contract administration, consultant coordination and financial awareness across delivery stages.

Skills & Experience Required

• Part 3 qualified architect or equivalent professional qualification with minimum 5 years in UK practice.
• Strong experience delivering projects through RIBA Stages 4 and 5 with proven technical detailing ability.
• Experience working with historic, listed or existing buildings across complex refurbishment or adaptation projects.
• Practical site experience across at least one complete post-Part 3 project within a UK setting.
• Good working knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD and NBS for coordinated technical information production.
• Strong understanding of UK Building Regulations, planning requirements and consultant coordination processes.
• Previous experience mentoring junior team members and helping manage small to medium project teams.
• Clear client-facing communication skills with a proactive approach to planning, problem solving and delivery.
