Job Summary

Senior Architect Job Lancashire offers an opportunity to lead healthcare projects within an established architectural practice. This Architecture role requires an ARB registered Architect with experience managing projects and client relationships. BIM or Revit knowledge is essential for candidates applying for this healthcare focused architectural position. Previous healthcare project experience is preferred, although commercial and large scale project backgrounds will also be considered.

The successful candidate will take responsibility for leading projects through relevant RIBA stages and coordinating project delivery. The role includes managing clients, consultants, contractors and stakeholders while maintaining effective communication throughout each project. Candidates must hold a driving licence and have access to a car because of the office location.

The practice requires an Architect capable of leading projects, managing clients and coordinating architectural delivery. Hybrid working is available, allowing two days per week from home after probation. Private healthcare is available after the first year, alongside an employee assistance programme. Role & Responsibilities

• Lead architectural projects through relevant RIBA stages while maintaining responsibility for coordinated project delivery
• Manage client relationships and act as a key architectural contact throughout ongoing project delivery
• Use Revit daily as an essential part of architectural project coordination, documentation and technical delivery
• Coordinate healthcare projects from planning submissions through technical design and construction stages as required
• Manage communication with consultants, contractors and stakeholders to support effective and coordinated project outcomes
• Provide architectural leadership to project teams while maintaining design quality and technical project requirements
• Monitor project progress and coordinate information required for successful delivery across relevant architectural stages

Skills & Experience Required

• ARB registered Architect with experience leading UK based architectural projects through RIBA work stages
• Strong experience managing clients and maintaining clear professional communication throughout architectural project delivery
• Strong design and technical capability across planning, technical delivery and construction stages of architectural projects
• Knowledge of Revit is essential, with intermediate level capability required as a minimum for this position
• Previous experience leading UK healthcare or commercial projects
• Excellent understanding of UK building regulations
• Experience coordinating consultants, contractors and stakeholders
• A driving licence and access to a car are required because of the stated office location
