Senior Architect Job in Altrincham, Cheshire

My client now has Senior Architect job available, at their Altrincham studio, supporting their education team in producing primary, secondary, further, and higher education projects across the UK. They currently have around 70 employees across their 2 office locations and are currently going through a consistent growth period.

The successful candidate would be instrumental to the design and delivery of their current projects, primarily on further and higher education projects. My client has been established for over 40 years and has a focus on the sustainability of all their projects.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead on the design and management of the project
  • Liaising with clients closely and solving queries as they come up
  • Managing project team to deliver upon deadlines
  • Lead projects from concept to completion
  • Reporting to the Senior leadership team consisting of associates and directors.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years’ UK experience post qualification
  • Experience in the design and delivery of Education projects desirably further/ higher education projects
  • Strong knowledge of DFE working practices and the contractors’ framework
  • Excellent Revit and AutoCAD skills
  • Ability to lead a project team
  • Proven experience running projects.
