Sales Progressor Job in Liverpool

Sales Progressor Job required for a UK Top 10 House Builder to be based in the Liverpool area working from their regional office. The role offers a basic of £26,000 + quarterly bonus of up to £4,600 + Monday to Friday working week.

Our client provides homes of all tenures and is the largest delivery partner of Homes England. They employ over 1000 people across 11 offices nationwide and still expanding. As a New Homes Sales Advisor, you will be dealing with new homes sales from initial enquiry through to completion, working to targets and reporting into a Sales Manager. We are looking for candidates with new homes sales experience preferably from a housebuilder background.

Role & Responsibilities

  • To administer and co-ordinate all aspects of a house sales legal process
  • Adhere to the SHEQ policy and strategy
  • Make sure you gather all relevant information and it is correct
  • Keep an eye on all reservations through to legal completion
  • Provide forecast of contracts and legal completions on a weekly basis
  • Check all the details on contracts when they have been received from Solicitors
  • See that all incentives on the completion statements and forward to all relevant parties.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Experience as a Sales Consultant, Estate Agent or Paralegal
  • Flexible and agile approach to your work
  • Confident with building rapport with clients
  • Self-motivated and enthusiastic about the job
  • Excellent level of numeracy and skilled in verbal and written communication
  • Competent level of computer literacy
  • Be able to work on your own initiative and have good interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of people management tools and techniques
  • Be able to step in and cover a more senior role to support your managers

What you get back

  • Basic Salary of £26,000
  • Up to £4,600 quarterly bonus
  • Monday – Friday is the working week
