New Homes Sales Executive Job in Burgess Hill

I have a Sales Executive job with one of the largest property groups in the UK. This is an exciting opportunity to join the development arm of this company. You would be joining the team on a brand new development in Burgess Hill. The role is offering a basic of up to £32,000 + £45,000 OTE.

Our client is one of the biggest property companies in the UK. They employ around 11,000 people across the group and have a range of different businesses that run under them. This developer services range from sustainable communities across the private sector, assisted living, retirement and leisure. They have been established for over 50 years and have annual turnover in excess of £800 million with over £4 billion in assets.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Ensuring every customer receives a first class service.
  • Maintaining professional high standards both personally and from a company perspective.
  • Responsible for the customer journey from reservation through to legal completion
  • Proactively manage all customer enquiries to ensure sales targets are met, through effective lead management.
  • Promoting the use of specialist new build panel independent mortgage advisors and solicitors to ensure an efficient service for customers and achieving company timescales
  • Building and maintaining excellent working relationships with the site teams.
  • Ensuring that all administrative work and reports are completed in line with company policy and agreed timelines
  • Taking ownership of the development in all aspects of internal and external presentation
  • Conducting market research on a monthly basis for both new build and second hand market
  • Ensuring the health and safety of customers and colleagues are in accordance with company procedure

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven track record of having a target driven background
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in new home sales
  • Previous experience in working with shared ownership properties is desired
  • Highly personable with the ability to build relationships quickly
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Great customer service skills
  • Strong and decisive decision maker
  • Passionate and goal orientated sales person
  • Good written and verbal communicator
  • Excellent computer literacy
