Sales Consultant Job in Enfield, London

A Sales Consultant job is now available, for a UK top 10 housebuilder on a development in Enfield, North London. Our Client is looking to speak to candidates with sales experience in either the new build or real estate industry. This role is looking to offer a basic salary of up to £30,000 + an OTE of £55,000.

Our client is a nationally recognised housebuilder that operates in London, South East England, and the Midlands. They are now looking to recruit a Sales Consultant for a prestigious development in North East London.

Role & Responsibilities

• Conduct viewings, virtual viewings, and agent viewings
• Facilitate walk-in clients and call enquiries
• Generate potential sales leads in addition to those created by marketing activity through seeking clients via callouts and engagement
• To effectively manage a sales database to optimise sales opportunities
• Attend sales and marketing meetings when required to generate new ideas and incentives
• Pick up new enquiries and send relevant and detailed information.

Required Skills & Experience

• 2+ years in a sales-facing role, property background preferred
• IT literate
• Full UK driving license.

What you get back

• Salary of up to £30,000
• Commission
• 1 weekend off a month
• OTE of £55,000.
